Privacy
TenantShuttle is made by Justin White, a sole proprietor in New Brunswick, Canada ("we", "us"), as part of MNA Tools. This notice covers this website, tenantshuttle.com, the TenantShuttle software, and the email you send us. Justin White is responsible for how we handle your personal information; you can reach him at [email protected].
This website
The website has no forms, accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes request data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
The software
TenantShuttle runs on your own computer. What it reads from the clouds you connect it to, including any personal information in them (such as the names and email addresses of a company's users), is kept in projects on your computer and is never sent to us. TenantShuttle does not report how it is used. When you choose to check whether a proposed name is free in a cloud, it asks that cloud's public endpoint about that name only, without signing in.
You decide what TenantShuttle reads and who sees its results, so for that information you, or the organisation you work for, are responsible under the privacy laws that apply to the deal.
Email you send us
When you email us, we receive your address, your name if you give it, and what you write. We use it to answer you and, if you ask for access to TenantShuttle, to discuss and provide it. We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for that purpose and for our business records, and for no longer than the law requires us to keep those records. We do not sell it or use it for marketing, and we share it only with the providers that run our email, under their obligations to protect it, or where the law requires.
Please do not send us confidential deal documents, projects or exports, or other people's personal information by email.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need to keep it, by writing to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
